摘  要:对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、乙酯、丙酯、丁酯经HP-5毛细柱分离,FID检测,四种酯化物能达到良好分离效果。当标准溶液在0~300μg/mL浓度范围时,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9999、0.9998、0.9998;四种酯化物均能达到1.0 mg/kg最低检出限;同时,该法具有良好稳定性,变异系数均小于1.5%;四种酯化物加标回收率为85%~90%。Methy 14-hydroxybenzoate, ethy 14-hydroxybenzoate, propy 14-hydroxybenzoate, butylparaben, separated by the HP-5 capillary column, FID detector, four groups can achieve better separation effect. When the standard solution in 0-300μg/mL concentration range between good linearity of the standard curve, the correlation coefficients were 0.9998,0.9999,0.9998,0.9998; four groups were able to meet the minimum detection limit of 1.0mg/kg. Same time, the method has good stability, coefficient of variation of less than 1.5%; four components spiked recoveries between 85%-90%.
