摘  要:采用湿法消解-原子荧光光谱法测定雪菜和土壤中的铅含量,并对实验条件进行了优化。采用优化的检测方法对公路旁、化工区的土壤及雪菜样品进行测定,结果表明种植环境中铅含量与雪菜中铅的含量呈密切相关。The test method for the detection of the total content of heavy element lead in potherb mustard and soil by AFS after wet digestion was studied,and the digestion pretreatment conditions and the working parameters of instrument were optimized.Under the optimal conditions,the concentrations of lead in potherb mustard,soil beside road and chemical industry zone were detected.The results show that the concentration of lead in potherb mustard is closely correlated with the concentration of lead in it's planting environment.
