复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗乳腺癌术后35例效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗乳腺癌术后患者临床疗效、不良反应及生存质量。方法回顾性分析我院肿瘤科2008年1月—2011年8月收治的70例乳腺癌术后患者。根据治疗方法分为观察组35例和对照组35例,对照组单纯使用TAC方案,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方苦参注射液。治疗2个周期(21天为1个周期)后评价疗效、生存质量改善情况、不良事件发生率。结果观察组与对照组比较,客观缓解率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),疾病控制率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组生存质量总改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血白细胞降低、血小板降低、胃肠道反应、谷丙转氨酶升高及脱发的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合化疗可以增强化疗疗效,减轻毒副作用,改善患者生活质量。Objective To observe the effect,adverse reaction and quality of life of compound recipe lightyellow sophora root injecta in treatment of patients with breast cancer who received postoperative chemotherapy.Methods Retrospective analysis of oncological data of 70 postoperative patients with breast cancer during January 2008 and August 2011 were performed.According to the treatment method the patients were divided into therapy group（n=35） and control group（n=35）.Patients in control group were treated with TAC scheme only,while in therapy group with TAC scheme combined with compound recipe lightyellow sophora root injecta.The effect,improved quality of life and incidence of adverse events before and after treatment for 2 cycles（21 days for a cycle） were compared.Results The objective remission rate of therapy group compared with that of control group was not statistically significant（P0.05）,while the difference of the disease control rate in two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.The improvement rate of total quality of life of therapy group after treatments was higher than that of control group（P0.05）.The drop of white blood cells and platelets,gastrointestinal reaction,sgpt increasing and the incidence of hair loss in therapy group were lower than those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Compound recipe lightyellow sophora root injecta combined with chemotherapy in treatment of breast cancer can enhance the effect of chemotherapy,reduce toxic and side-effect,improve the quality of life.
