城市生物质废物的水解产酸研究

摘  要:采用CSTR反应器处理城市生物质废物,并进行水解产酸试验,结果表明:CSTR反应器从启动至稳定共运行了227 d,整个过程经历了丁酸型发酵向乙醇型发酵的演替,水解率达到(19.0±4.7)%。丁酸型发酵产物以丁酸和乙酸为主,分别占总有机酸的45%~61%和30%~42%,容积产气率约2.5 m3/m3,H2含量约41%;乙醇型发酵产物以乙酸和乙醇为主,乙酸浓度占总有机酸的80%~95%,乙醇浓度达到11 000 mg/L左右,容积产气率约0.2 m3/m3。从发酵产物的成分和VSS的转化考虑,乙醇型发酵比丁酸型发酵更适合两相厌氧消化系统。Municipal biomass waste was treated in an CSTR reactor for 227 days. Fermentation type changed from bmyric acid-type fermentation to ethanol-type fermentation. The hydrolytic rate was (19. 0±4. 7)%. In butyric acid-type fermentation, the relative content of acetic acid and butyric acid in TVFA (total volatile fatty acid) were 30%-42% and 45%-61%, respectively, the biogas production was about 2. 5 m^3/m^3, and HE content was about 41%. In ethanol-type fermentation, the relative content of acetic acid in TVFA was 80%-95% and ethanol concentration reached to about 11 000 mg/L, the biogas production was about 0. 2 m^3/m^3. Considering fermentation products and evolution of organic matters, it is thought that ethanoltype fermentation is better than butyric acid-type fermentation for two-phase anaerobic digestion.
