精神疾病与内科疾病患者的社会支持对照研究

摘　　要：精神疾病病人与内科疾病病人社会支持的研究结果发现 :精神疾病组所获得的社会支持明显低于内科疾病组 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。精神疾病组病人多次住院的社会支持的二个维度明显不足于内科疾病组病人。在两组疾病病种之间社会支持无明显差异。资料提示 ,社会支持的研究 ,有助于病人在治疗、康复的过程中 ,得到优质的整体护理 ,使其达到个人健康的最佳水平。By investing the patients with mental disorders and the patients with physical diseases,the results showed that the former acquired significant less social support than the latter.Comparing with the group of physical diseases,it was found the two-dimension of social support acquired by the psychiatric patients was markedly insufficient.No significant difference of social support was showed among the types of disorders of these two groups.The results implied that the research work of social support was benefit for the patients,especially for those who were repeatedly admitted to ward,to obtain the excellent integrated care during treatment and rehabilitation so that the best level of individual health could be reached.
