摘 要:目的了解护士工作生活质量现状及其相关因素,为今后开展护士工作生活质量的干预提供依据。方法 2011年7-8月采用便利抽样的方法选择北京市某三级甲等综合性医院的807名护士进行调查,调查内容为护士工作生活质量及年龄、性别、工作年限等一般信息。结果护士工作生活质量得分为(150.57±21.24)分,工作设计和工作领域维度得分较低;护士工作生活质量与年龄、工作年限呈负相关,与工作自主性得分呈正相关(P<0.01),不同用工性质及对优质护理服务不同认知的护士其工作生活质量得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护士工作生活质量处于中等水平,护理管理者和教育者应根据护士的不同特征采取针对性的措施,提高护士的工作生活质量,从而稳定护理队伍。Objective To investigate the states of the quality of nursing work life and its relevant factors,so as to provide the theory basis to conduct further intervention researches on the quality of nursing work life.MethodsFrom July to August 2011,807 nurses from a Grade-III Level A general hospital in Beijing were selected by using convenience sampling method to investigate the quality of nursing work life,age,gender and years of working.ResultsThe average score of the quality of nursing work life was 150.57±21.24.The lowest two subscales were work design and work field.The quality of nursing work life negatively correlated with age and years of working but positively with work autonmy(P0.01).Significant differences were detected on the scores of quality of nursing work life in nurses with varied employment nature and different perceptions on quality nursing(P0.01).ConclusionThe quality of work life of nurses is at medium level.It is necessary for nursing managers and educators to take targeted measures to stabilize nursing team according to the different characteristics of nurses and enhance the quality of nursing work life.
