摘　　要：身心健康综合调控系统集身心健康调控理论、各种指标测试、理论调控指导和视频调控指导于一体,可以为广大用户提供身心健康一站式指导。概要介绍了该系统的总体功能结构以及各模块的功能和使用方法。The regulating and controlling theories, various index testes, guides to the regulating and controlling theories, and guides to the regulating and controlling video are integrated in the regulating and controlling system of the physical and psychological health. A one - stop guide to physical and psychological health is provided for the broad masses of the people. The general function structure, the function and use method of each module of the regulating and controlling system of the physical and psychological health are briefly introduced.
