摘　　要：该文通过对老工业基地现状问题的梳理与资源潜力的分析,结合其区位条件、历史内涵及载体形式,分别探讨了"退二进三"时期我国工业遗产保护的矛盾焦点与资源再生的路径,希望为工业遗产保护相关研究提供参考。Based on the current problems sorting and the resource potential analysis about the old industrial areas of the city, Combining with their location conditions, history and carrier forms, we discuss the renewal methods of different types of industrial heritage resources and the detailed analysis means.
