根管桩树脂核联合烤瓷冠修复后牙残冠的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨对有保存价值经过根管治疗的后牙残冠,行根管桩树脂核联合烤瓷冠,修复后牙大面积缺损中的临床运用效果。方法选择有保存价值的残冠117例,经过完善的根管治疗后,行1～2枚根管桩固位。用光固化复合树脂预备成桩核,与相邻一基牙共行烤瓷联合全冠修复。结果 117例牙桩冠修复患者,观察1～3年,93%患者均感无自觉症状,咀嚼功能良好,到目前为止,尚未发现失败症例。结论此法可保留残冠修复患牙,使患牙与基牙形成一个坚固整体,分散合力,增加固位力,减少桩冠脱落,根折的发生,临床运用简单易行,效果满意。Objective To explore the value of preservation of the posterior teeth after root canal treatment of residual crown and root pile,resin core combined porcelain fused to metal crown restorations of posterior teeth with large area defects,the clinical application effect.Methods to save the value of residual crowns in 117 cases,after root canal therapy,line 1-2 root pile retention.With light cured composite resin preparation of pile nuclear,and an adjacent abutments were PFM combined full crown restoration.Results 117 cases of patients,dental crown,were observed in 1 to 3 years,93%patients are asymptomatic,good chewing function,so far,no failure case.Conclusion this method can keep the restoration of residual crown of teeth,making teeth and abutment to form a firm whole,dispersion force,increased retention,reduce medical shedding,occurrence of root fracture,clinical application is simple,effect satisfaction.
