高校学生干部对学风建设的影响探析

摘　　要：学生干部是学风建设工作的主要参与者，是形成优良学风的重要保障，既是实施者，也是践行者，是学风建设中一支强有力的生力军。学生干部能积极地配合教师进行学生管理，双向推动高校学风建设。同时学生千部在学风建设中也带来了一些负面影响，扭曲了学生干部的榜样作用。本文试分析学生干部对学风建设的影响，探讨学生千部在学风建设中的作用与培养，树立学生干部的榜样作用，营造高校良好的学习氛围。Student cadres are the main participants in the construction of style of study for which their work lay the solid foundation. They are the implementors, the executors and the fresh troops during this process. On one hand, they could take their initiative to cooperate with teachers to manage students pushing forward the construction of the style of study. On the other hand, the negative impact of the student cadres also change their role as example for students. This paper tries to explore the influence of student cadres to the construction of style of study and discuss the role played by student cadres and their cultivation in order to set them as the example for students and creat a good learning atmosphere.
