摘　　要：目的:探讨优化护理服务的做法与效果。方法:2010年6月某医院开展优质护理服务活动,通过完善护理细节,以礼仪化护理、规范化护理、按需护理、全责护理的举措,为病人提供了优质服务。结果:对比2010年5月与2011年5月病人满意度、护士满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:礼仪化护理、规范化护理、按需护理、全责护理是优化护理服务的有效举措,值得临床推广。Objective：This paper is aimed to discussion research method and the effects of optimizing nursing service.Methods： Our hospital had initiated a series of action for the sake of improving nursing service since June of 2010.Decent service was produced and then delivered to patients because of much efforts put on perfecting nursing details,polite nursing service,standard nursing techniques,providing nursing service according to the needs and full-responsibility for care.Result：After analysis of data,it is found that the variance between satisfaction degree of patient of June of 2010 and that of June of 2011 is significant statistically（P0.01）.The same result was found between satisfaction degree of nurses in June of 2010 and 2011.Conclusion： In conclusion,polite nursing service,standard nursing techniques,providing nursing service according to the needs and full-responsibility for care are identified as effective approach of improving nursing service quality,which is worth promoting clinically.
