摘　　要：目的了解某三级甲等医院临床护士执行生活护理的意愿及影响因素,为更好地开展优质护理服务提供依据。方法采用自设问卷调查某三级甲等医院220名护士对执行14项生活护理的意愿及不愿意执行生活护理的原因。结果 14项生活护理项目中,得分由高到低排前3名的为翻身拍背、床上移动、整理床单位;得分排后3名的为足部清洁、指(趾)甲护理、床上洗头。不同科室、病区分布、学历和年龄的护士执行生活护理意愿得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。护士不愿意执行生活护理的原因呈多元化。结论护士从事生活护理的行为意愿较好,对生活护理的专业价值认识仍不够;在实施生活护理中存在负面心理感受;护理管理者要继续加强护士对生活护理的专业认知教育,引导护士更新服务理念,进行心理激励,加强临床护士人力配备,保障生活护理的实施。Objective To understand the willingness and its influencing factors of nurses to perform living nursing in a 3 A - level hospital, so as to provide references for the better implementation of the high quality of nursing service. Methods A self - designed questionnaire was used to investigate 220 clinical nurses who were chosen from a 3A - level hospital about their willingness to perform 14 items of living nursing and the reasons why they were reluctant. Results Of the 14 items, the highest scores of the top three were turning over and backslapping, helping to move in bed and making beds. The lowest scores of the last three were cleaning feet, clipping nails and washing hair in bed. The score of the willingness of nurses with different departments or wards, different education levels and ages to perform living nursing were statistical differences （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. And the reasons why they were reluctant to do were pluralistic. Conclusion The behavior intention of nurses to perform living nursing is in a better level, but they do not recognize the value of performing living nursing. They show negative feelings for performing living nursing. So nursing managers should enhance the cognitive education to perform living nursing in nurses, guide them to update their beliefs, provide spiritual encouragement and strengthen the clinical nurse resources to secure the implementation of living nursing.
