摘　　要：高校学生纪律处分在实现教育管理目的和保护学生权利方面存在一些问题,应逐步建立和完善纪律处分撤销制度,充分发挥纪律处分的育人功能和价值。现阶段,学生纪律处分撤销制度构建要充分体现处分的公平、公正、关怀原则,实现以人为本的教育理念。There exist some problems with the system of discipline for college students in terms of protection of students＇ rights and realization of the goal of educational management. To solve these problems, we should es- tablish a system of rescinding discipline for college students and improve it gradually so as to realize the educa- tional function and value of discipline. At present, fairness, justice and concern should be taken as the princi- ple for the establishment of the rescission system to realize people-oriented education.
