摘　　要：90后与80后学生有不同的心理与行为特点,对他们的教育是中高职学校面临的新问题。本文对90后成长的时代背景、心理和行为特征进行了分析,提出了对90后学生的教育思路和策略。The 90＇s students（students born after the 90s） are very different from the 80＇s students（students born after the 80s） in psychological and behavior characters.The education of the generation is a new problem faced by the college teachers.The paper analyses the 90＇s students＇ growing background,psychological and behavior characters,and puts forwards theories and strategies for their education.
