摘　　要：实验教学在高等师范院校心理学专业人才培养中占有重要地位。华中师范大学心理学院及心理学实验教学示范中心,坚持高等教育的科学发展观,进一步明确了实验教学改革的理念,根据专业特点和培养创新人才的目标,进行实验教学体系的构建和改革,建立了阶段式、层次化和模块化的实验教学体系,把理论教学和实验训练结合起来,优化了实验项目,提高了实验教学质量,着力培养了学生的创新意识和实践能力,取得了良好的教学效果。Experimental teaching plays an important role in training psychological talents in higher nor- mal universities. School of psychology and psychological experimental teaching demonstration center in Central China Normal University insists the scientific development view on higher education, further defines the con- cept of reforming experimental teaching, according to the professional characteristics and the objective of training innovative talents, constructs and reforms the experimental teaching system which is staged, layered, modularized, combines the theoretical teaching with experimental training, optimizes the experimental pro- grams, improves the experimental teaching quality, makes efforts to train students innovative consciousness and practical skills, and then gets good teaching effect.
