大学生职业生涯引领视角下的班主任考研指导

摘　　要：班主任既是班级的组织者、领导者,又是学生的教育者和管理者,对学生的成人成才具有重要影响。大学班主任基于对学生职业生涯的引领,应该帮助学生树立正确的考研动机,指导学生制定合理的复习计划,协助学生选择合适的院校专业,做好学生考研复习的心理辅导,配合学校学院做好动员协调,积极做好后勤服务保障等工作。A class advisor is not only the organizer and leader of a class, but also the educator and director of the students; he or she may have a great impact on the students＇ growth both in their maturity and talent. As for the guidance of students＇ professional career, class advisors in universities ought to help the students to hold the right motivation for their participation in the Postgraduate Entrance Exam and give them guidance in their review plans. In addition, they need to offer the students some advices while they are choosing universities and provide necessary psychological counseling. Besides, the class advisors are required to coordinate with the department and university to mobilize, coordinate and provide good service for the stu- dents.
