摘 要:目的分析枣庄地区居民饮食习惯与口腔健康态度,为制定科学合理的营养干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样调查对口腔门诊969名患者进行问卷调查。结果经常食用硬、韧及麻辣食物是口腔疾病的主要危险因素,调查居民中对饮食与口腔疾病的关系缺乏足够的认识,存在不合理的饮食行为习惯,仅19.2%的调查居民对口腔非常重视,42.1%认为饮食与口腔健康息息相关,80.8%基本不去做医院做体检,且57.9%没有意识到自己的饮食结构存在问题。结论枣庄地区居民缺乏良好的饮食习惯,口腔健康行为不完善应加强合理膳食的宣传教育活动,帮助其形成良好的饮食习惯和行为。Objective To analyze the eating habits and oral health attitudes of the residents in Zaozhuang and to provide scientific evidence for developing nutrition intervention strategies.Methods Questionnaires were adopted to collect the data of 969 oral outpatients randomly.Results Regular consumption of hard,tough and spicy food was a major risk factor for oral diseases.The residents of Zaozhuang were short of sufficient knowledge on the relationship between diet and health.Thus,they had some irrational dietary behaviors.Only 19.2% of the residents attached great importance to the oral health,42.1% believed that diet was closely related to oral health.80.8% hardly went to hospitals to do physical examination and 57.9% did not realize the problems of their diet.Conclusion The residents in Zaozhuang lack good eating habits and proper oral health behavior.The popularization and education of reasonable diet knowledge should be strengthened.More attention should be paid to the prevention of unhealthy behaviors and developing healthy behaviors.
