摘 要:以外来入侵植物三叶鬼针草为实验材料,通过室内生物测定的方法,研究了三叶鬼针草种子出苗和幼苗生长对不同播种深度的响应。结果表明,三叶鬼针草种子出苗率随播种深度的增加呈下降趋势,0cm时出苗率最高为80.66%,1.50cm时最低40.66%,且与0、0.50和1.00cm处理存在显著差异。随着播种深度的增加,三叶鬼针草幼苗根长、根数及干重呈先上升后下降趋势,且0.50和1.00cm处理间基本没有显著差异,却显著高于1.50cm处理。幼苗苗高随播种深度增加而降低,且1.50cm处理显著低于前3个处理。表明0.50~1.00cm播种深度适宜于三叶鬼针草种子出苗及幼苗生长,而0或1.50cm不利于其出苗和幼苗生长。Taking invasive plant Bidens pilosa as material, its seedling emergence and growth under sand burial 0, 0.50, 1.00 and 1.50 cm was studied by bioassay in laboratory. The results showed that the seedling emergence rate decreased with increasing seeding depth, being the highest and lowest seedling emergence rate of 80.66% and 40.66% when the seeding depth was 0 and 1.50 cm respectively, and there was significant difference between under 1.50 cm and under 0, 0.50, 1.00 cm. With the increase of seeding depth, the seedling root length, number and dry weight increased first but decreased then, and there was no significant difference between under 0.50 cm and under 1.00 cm, but it was obviously higher under them than under 1.50 cm. Seedling height decreased with the increasing seeding depth, and it was obviously lower under 1.50 cm than under 0, 0.50 and 1.00 cm. It could be concluded that a seeding depth of 0.50~1.00 cm could be more suitable to B. pilosa seedling emergence and growth, while the seeding depth of 0 or 1.50 cm could be unfavorable to that.
