摘　　要：大学生入伍预征工作是大学生入伍工作的关键环节,此项工作开展得好坏关键在于宣传动员。包头师范学院结合自身的特点,从点到面,由浅入深,分阶段、分层次、分专业开展形式多样的宣传动员,弥补其自身存在的男性毕业生少,毕业前人员分散不易集中的缺陷,形成了良好的预征工作局面,探索出了一套具有师范类特点的大学生入伍预征工作模式。College students pre-recruitment work is the crucial link of college students recruitment work,the key of which lies in publicity and mobilization.Combined with the characteristics of Baotou Teachers College,various forms of propaganda mobilization is conducted from the specific to the general,from the superficial to the profound,in a stratified and specialty-based manner,making up for its lack of male graduates and difficulty in gathering personnel before graduation,forming a good pre-recruitment work situation,exploring a set of pre-recruitment army work patterns with characteristics of teachers college.
