摘　　要：产学研是自主创新的重要形式之一,伴随着现代经济和技术的发展,产学研发展进入到以企业为主的产学研合作技术创新阶段。有创新就会有新的专利诞生,不管是一般专利还是产学研专利,其数量的急剧膨胀引起我们的思考:专利质量是否也在提高?本文从校企联合申请专利的视角评价产学研合作发展的近11年里申报的专利质量优劣,有利于企业技术战略的制定,并对高校科技前沿的指引具有参考价值。Industry-university collaboration is one of the important forms of innovation. With the development of modem economy and technology, industry-university collaboration development has entered into a cooperative enter- prise-based technological innovation stage. Innovation makes new patents, and the rapid expansion of the number of number of patents raises the question： Is patent quality also improving？ This paper, from the perspective of collegeenterprise patentpending, evaluates the patent quality in the eleven years of cooperative development to provide references for the promotion of frontier science and technology.
