摘 要:目的探讨LASIK术后高眼压患者眼压波动期间的眼压变化量与等效球镜变化量、裸眼远视力变化量之间的关系。方法随机选取2011年1月至2011年10月在我院就诊的LASIK术后高眼压患者15例(28眼),男7例、女8例,年龄18~35岁。采用非接触式眼压计(Canon公司的TX-F)、波前像差仪(VisionX公司的WaveScan)、标准对数视力表分别检测患者高眼压及随后的正常眼压条件下的眼压、屈光状态、裸眼远视力。计算患者眼压波动期间的眼压、等效球镜、裸眼远视力变化量。运用SPSS13.0统计软件分别进行眼压变化量与等效球镜变化量、裸眼远视力变化量的相关、回归分析。结果 LASIK术后眼压波动期间患者的眼压变化量为(11.7±4.6)mmHg(1kPa=7.5mmHg)、等效球镜变化量为(-0.049±0.378)D、裸眼远视力变化量为(0.061±0.050)LogMAR。眼压变化量与等效球镜变化量之间的相关和回归关系为:Pearson相关系数为-0.513(P=0.005);回归方程为y=0.448-0.042x(F=9.286,P<0.05)。但眼压变化量与裸眼远视力变化量之间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 LASIK术后中等程度眼压波动可能引起屈光状态变化,且眼压变化量与等效球镜变化量具有负相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship between changes of intraocular pressure (IOP), spherical equivalent( SE ) and uncorrected distance visual acu- ity(UDVA) in post-LASIK patients with IOP fluctuation. Methods Fifteen patients (28 eyes in total,7 males and 8 females,age from 18 years old to 35 years old) ,who underwent LASIK and diagnosed as intraocular hypertension, were randomly enrolled between January and October,2011. IOP were examined by noncontact tonometer (TX-F, Can- on) ,refractive errors by wavefront aberration system (WaveScan, VISX), and UDVA by standard logarithmic visual acuity chart in the event of postoperative ocular hyperten- sion and the ensuing normotension, respectively. The changes of IOP, SE and UDVA during the ocular hypertension were calculated. Linear correlation and regression were applied by SPSS(version 13.0) to analyze the associations of changes in IOP, SE and UDVA. Results During postoperative IOP fluctuation, net changes of IOP were ( 11.7 ±4.6)minHg(1 kPa=7.5 mmHg),SE was( -0.049 ±0. 378) D,and UDVA was(0.061 ±0. 050) LogMAR, respectively. Significant relationship was notified between net changes of IOP and SE, and Pearson coefficient was - 0.513 (P = 0.005 ), and the regression equation was y = 0.448 - 0.042x(F = 9.286 ,P 〈 0.05 ). But no relationship was found between net changes of IOP and UDVA(P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Moderate IOP fluctuation may elicit changes in refractive errors in post-LASIK patients, and the postoperative change in IOP is negative correlated with synchronous changes of refractive errors.
