摘　　要：目的探讨星形胶质细胞上调基因-1(astrocyte elevated gene-1,AEG-1)蛋白在鼻咽癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用Western blotting技术检测AEG-1蛋白在4株鼻咽癌细胞株、47例鼻咽癌组织及21例鼻咽部黏膜中的表达。结果 AEG-1蛋白在鼻咽癌细胞和组织中的表达较鼻咽部黏膜均显著上调,其表达水平与患者血清EB病毒滴度的高低(P=0.046)、T分级(P=0.001)、临床分期(P=0.001)、颈部淋巴结转移(P=0.010)呈显著正相关。结论 AEG-1蛋白可能在鼻咽癌的发生发展中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of AEG-1 protein and its clinical significance in nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）. Methods Western blot was used for detecting the expression of AEG-1 protein in 4 NPC cell lines, 21 specimens of normal nasopharyngeal epithelium and 47 of NPC. Results The expression level of AEG-1 protein was significantly up-regulated in both NPC cell lines and NPC specimens. Moreover, the expression of AEG-1 protein was positively correlated to EB virus infection （ P = 0. 046 ） , T stage （ P = 0. 001 ） , clinical stage （ P = 0.001 ） and cervical lymph node metastasis （ P = 0.010 ）. Conclusion AEG-1 protein may olav a si~＇nificant role in the initiation and progression of NPC.
