摘　　要：目的研究Magfit磁性附着体在下颌全口覆盖义齿中的临床修复效果。方法对2008年8月—2011年8在无锡口腔医院修复科就诊的16例符合条件的患者,分别选择1～2个基牙放置磁性附着体制作全口覆盖义齿。在修复后1个月、3个月、6个月、1年、2年、3年及至今分别进行回访复查,以问卷形式调查分析患者对修复效果的满意度,主要观察义齿的固位、稳定性,固位体周围牙龈的健康状况,基牙松动度、继发龋。结果患者对磁性附着体义齿修复的舒适性和咀嚼效率满意度最高,固位和稳定性、语音功能次之,费用满意度最低。3例基牙出现牙龈炎,2颗基牙出现松动,1个磁体脱落,2例折裂,其余良好。结论采用磁性附着体的下颌全口覆盖义齿可以提高义齿的舒适性和稳定性,增加患者的满意度。Objective To study clinical restoration effects of Magfit magnetic attachment in mandibular complete overdentures.Methods Sixteen eligible subjects were selected who visited Department of Prosthodontics in Wuxi Stomatology Hospital from August,2008 to August,2011.One or two abutments were selected to put magnetic attachment so as to take on complete overdentures.Follow-ups were done one month,three months,six months,one year,two years,three years and four years after restoration.Patients′ satisfaction of restoration was surveyed by questionnaires.The retention and stability of denture,gingival health around the retainers,mobility and secondary caries of abutments were the main observed aspects.Results The patients with magnetic attachment in complete overdentures claimed a highest grade of satisfaction in comfort and masticatory performance,a higher grade of satisfaction in retention,stability and phonetic function and a lowest grade of satisfaction in costs.Three abutment teeth had gingivitis,two abutment teeth were mobile,one magnet retainer dropped,and two fractured.The rest were good.Conclusions The Magfit magnetic attachment prosthesis is very useful to improve the comfort and stability of mandibular complete overdentures,and enhance patients′ satisfaction.
