摘 要:为探讨基于问题的教学法(Problem based learning,PBL)在生物化学教学中的应用效果,采用考核和问卷调查方式对PBL教学效果进行评估,与传统教学方法相比较。结果显示PBL教学模式能加深学生对所学知识的理解和记忆,激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生思考和解决问题的能力。在生物化学教学中采用PBL教学法是可行、有效的。The study was intended to explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL) approach in teaching biochemistry.Examinations and survey were conducted to evaluate the practice of biochemistry teaching according to the PBL approach.A comparison with the traditional teaching method was also carried out.The study disclosed that the PBL approachcould successfully improve students' understanding and memory as well as students' motivation in learning biochemistry.The PBL approach can develop students' ability to identify and solve problems.It can be a feasible and effective method for biochemistry teaching.
