情景教学法在饭店管理课程教学中的应用

摘　　要：文章以情景教学法为入手点,具体的分析了饭店管理的内涵和具体特征,深入的剖析情景教学法在饭店管理课程中的三个步骤,同时在情景教学中分别对学生和教师提出了要求。Based on the situational teaching method for the starting point,analyzes its connotation and specific features,and in-depth analysis of the situatinal teaching method in the curriculum of hotel management in three steps,at the same time in the teaching of students and teachers put forward requirements.
