中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法将96例患者(105只眼)随机分为治疗组50例(55只眼)和对照组46例(50只眼),对照组局部滴用阿昔洛韦滴眼液,更昔洛韦眼用凝胶。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上服用自拟中药汤剂。结果治疗组总有效率为96.4%,对照组总有效率为84.0%,2组差异有统计学意义(c2=4.646,P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效优于单纯西药治疗。OBJECTIVE To investigate the therapeutic effect of integrative treatment for herpes simplex virus keratitis.METHODS Ninety-six patients（105 eyes） were randomly divided into treatment group（50 cases,55 eyes） and control group（46 cases,50 eyes） which was given topical eye drops acyclovir,ganciclovir eye gel.In addition to the eye drops,treatment group was also given decoction of Chinese medicine.RESULTS The total effective rate was 96.4% in the treatment group while in the control group was 84.0%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSIONS Integrative treatment for herpes simplex virus keratitis was more effective than western medicine alone.
