摘  要:针对渐开线二齿差行星减速装置易产生各种干涉,计算比较复杂等问题,根据多刚体接触动力学理论,建立了二齿差行星减速装置的物理模型,利用ADAMS软件对二齿差行星减速装置进行了动力学仿真分析,根据冲击函数方法,计算齿轮啮合力,通过模拟运动仿真和绘制仿真结果曲线,得到了二齿差行星减速装置无干涉现象,输出的角速度和啮合力在合理范围之内,设计比较合理,为二齿差行星减速装置的有限元分析,参数化设计和优化设计提供了依据。Interference often occurs in the involute two teeth difference planetary gear reducer, and the relative calculation is very complex. According to the multi body contact dynamics theory, a physical model of the two teeth difference planetary reduction gears is established. Dynamics analysis of the two teeth difference planetary deceleration devices is carried out based on ADAMS. According to the impulse function method, gear meshing force is calculated. Motion simulation results proves that the two teeth difference planetary gear reducer has no interference phenomenon, the output value of angular velocity and meshing force is right within a reasonable range, and the design is reasonable. These simulated results provide the basis for the finite element analysis, parametric design and optimization design.
