摘　　要：商品混凝土合同在签订过程中，应从合同的主体、标的物、合同的履行、违约责任及合同争议的解决等几方面人手，仔细分析商品混凝土合同的必备要素。合同双方的权利和义务是合同的必要条件。Commodity concrete contract signed in the process, should contract main body, object, performance of contract, liability for breach of contract and the settlement of contract disputes and other aspects, a careful analysis of the essential elements of commodity concrete contract. The two parties of the contract rights and obligations is the necessary condition of contract.
