摘　　要：目的观察平阳霉素用于预防翼状胬肉切除术后复发的疗效。方法选择42例翼状胬肉患者,均行翼状胬肉切除+羊膜移植术。随机分为观察组21例,术中采用平阳霉素进行冲洗;对照组21例,术中不采用任何抗生素。术后对全部患者随访3年观察复发率。结果观察组复发率为4.76%(1/21),对照组为33.33%(7/21),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用平阳霉素进行术中冲洗可有效降低翼状胬肉的术后复发率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of bleomycin in the prevention of postoperative recurrence of pterygium. Methods All of 42 cases of recurrent pterygium undergoing pterygium excision with amniotic membrane trans- plantation were selected and randomized into the observation group （21 cases）, rinsed with bleomycin, and the control group （21 cases）, without antibiotic treatment. After surgery, all the patients were followed up for 3 years. Results The re- c^renee rate was 4.76% （1/21） in the observation group and 33.33% （7/21） in the control group; there was statistical dif- ference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Intraoperative rinsing with bleomyein can significantly decrease the postoperative recurrence rate of pterygium.
