萎缩性胃炎不同亚型肠上皮化生中C-myc蛋白表达与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系

摘　　要：目的研究幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori)感染与肠上皮化生不同亚型中C-myc蛋白表达的关系。方法应用14碳-呼气试验检测Hp;AB-PAS和HID-AB黏液染色法进行肠上皮化生亚型分型;应用免疫组织化学染色Eliv-ision法检测C-myc蛋白的表达。结果肠上皮化生各亚型Hp感染率均高于非萎缩性胃炎组,各亚型之间Hp感染率无明显差异;不完全性结肠化生C-myc蛋白表达率高于其他亚型和非萎缩性胃炎(P<0.05);不完全性结肠性化生中Hp阳性患者C-myc蛋白表达率明显高于Hp阴性患者(P<0.01)。结论不完全性结肠化生中C-myc蛋白表达升高,其表达可能与Hp感染有关,Hp感染可能通过C-myc基因参与胃癌发生,同时提示不完全性结肠化生与胃癌关系密切。Objective To study the association among Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection and the expression of C-myc protein in different subtypes of intestinal metaplasia. Methods The Carbon-14-Urea Breath Test was used to determine Hp; AB-PAS and HID-AB mucinous staining was used to distinguish intestinal mctaplasia subtypes; The immunohistochemical Elivision method was used to determine the expression of C-myc protein. Results The infeetion rates of Hp in intestinal metaplasia was higher than non-atrophic gastritis; No significant difference between subtypes of intestinal metaplasia in the infection rates of Hp. The expression of C-myc protein in incomplete Colonic type of intestinal metaplasial was higher than other subtypes and non-atrophic gastritis, the expression of C-myc protein with Hp positive was higher than those with Hp negative. Conclusion There is higher expression in incomplete colonic type of intestinal metaplasial and the expression may be associated with Hp infection. Hp may promote the occurrence of gastric cancer while incomplete colonic type of intestinal metaplasia has closely relationship with eastric career.
