摘 要:目的检测乳腺癌组织中NKD1和β-catenin蛋白的表达特征。方法选择95例乳腺癌作为观察组,选择50例正常乳腺组织作为对照组,应用免疫组织化学技术检测两组中NKD1和β-catenin蛋白的表达。结果观察组中NKD1和β-catenin蛋白的表达量明显低于对照组,观察组中NKD1和β-catenin蛋白的表达与肿瘤的临床分期、淋巴结转移、脉管浸润的表达密切相关;观察组中NKD1和β-catenin的表达具有正相关性,生存分析显示NKD1和β-catenin低表达患者的预后差。结论乳腺癌中NKD1和β-catenin异常表达,二者对病变的进展具有重要作用,术后检测NKD1和β-catenin的表达可能对判断预后有一定价值。Objective To investigate the protein expressions on of NKD1 and [^-catenin in breast carcinoma. Methods The study included 95 cases with breast carcinoma as observation group, 50 normal breast tissue as control group. The protein expressions of NKD1 and β-catenin were detected by IHC in two groups. Results The protein expressions of NKD1 and β-catenin were lower in the observation group than in the control group. Their expressions were correlated with clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and vessel invasion. Positive correlation between NKD1 and β-catenin protein were found in neoplasm. Their expressions were correlated with prognosis. Conclusion The lower expressions of NKD1 and β-catenin were found in breast carcinoma. The syngergistic effect of NKD1 and β-catenin may promote the development of neoplasm. The combined detection of NKD1 and β-catenin may be an important prognostic index.
