摘　　要：目的:观察胃乃安胶囊对乙醇致小鼠胃黏膜损伤的保护作用及探讨其机制探讨。方法:将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、胃乃安低剂量组、胃乃安高剂量组,采用乙醇诱导小鼠急性胃黏膜损伤1 h后,分别测定各组小鼠的胃黏膜损伤指数,并用光学显微镜观察胃黏膜的病理改变。结果:胃乃安胶囊高、低剂量组的损伤指数较模型组显著降低,胃黏膜损伤程度明显减轻。结论:胃乃安胶囊对小鼠急性胃黏膜损伤有一定的保护作用。Objective： To investigate the protective effect of Weinaian capsule on gastric mucosal lesion in mice induced by alcohol. Methods： Mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,low dose group and high dose group.The lesion index of mice were measured and pathological changes of gastric mucosa were assessed under light microscopy 1 hour after alcohol inducement. Results： Gastric mucosal lesion indexes in high dose group and low dose group were both obviously reduced compared to that in the model control group,and the gastric mucosal lesions in those two experimental groups significantly alleviated compared to that of the control group under light microscopy.Conclusion： Weinaian capsule could significantly protect acute gastric mucosal lesion induced by alcohol in mice.
