摘　　要：介绍职业生涯规划的基本内涵,分析高职院校就业指导工作中存在的问题,提出高职教育发展对就业指导的要求,对如何构建基于职业生涯规划下的高职院校就业指导体系提出建议和对策。Based on the basic connotation of career planning, this essay analyzes the existing problems in the work of employment guidance in vocational colleges, presents relevant requirements for it with the development of higher vo- cational education, and puts forward suggestions and solutions to build a new employment guidance system based on career planning.
