摘　　要：校外顶岗实习是高等职业院校人才培养的重要途径和教学组织的重要环节。能否做到准确评价顶岗实习成绩,将直接影响到顶岗实习效果评判的公正性和学生学习积极性。高职院校必须进一步完善学生顶岗实习成绩考评机制,客观评价学生顶岗实习的效果,提高顶岗实习的管理水平。Off-campus internship is an important way of personnel training and link of teaching organization in voca- tional colleges. Correct performance appraisal of off-campus internship will have direct influence on the fairness of the effect evaluation of off-campus internship and students＇ learning initiative. Vocational colleges must further opti- mize the performance appraisal mechanism, evaluate the effect of off-campus internship objectively, and improve the management level of it.
