摘　　要：文章提出从建立实验中心入手,对原有资源进行重新整合可解决某些高校实验室各自独立、设备重复购置、设备利用率低、资金短缺、人员分工不均等问题。分别从硬件建设、软件建设、实验队伍建设、环境及安全建设等几个方面进行了分析和阐述,以期促进实验室的建设及改革。This paper presents starting from the construction of experiment center,integrates the existing resources to solve many problems.These problems include： the laboratories of university are mutual independent,repeat purchase of equipment,the usage ratio of equipment is low,shortage of funds,and uneven division of labor,etc.One analyzes and expounds these problems from many aspects,such as construction of hardware and software,establishment of laboratory team,building of environment and security,etc,in order to promote the construction and reform of laboratory.
