大型仪器设备开放共享平台建设的探索

摘　　要：针对目前高校大型仪器设备管理和使用现状,对大型仪器设备开放共享平台建设的基本条件和共享模式进行了分析和探讨,并结合福建师范大学的实践情况,就转变观念、组织建设、健全管理制度、加强实验队伍建设、构建网络信息平台等方面,提出了大型仪器设备开放共享所应采取的有效措施,对构建开放共享平台,提高大型仪器设备使用效益起到了推动作用。Based on the current management and usage situation of university＇ s large-scale instruments and equipment,this paper analyzes and discusses the basic conditions and mode of the construction of large-scale instruments and equipment open-sharing platform.Furthermore,combined with the practice of Fujian Normal University,this paper also suggests the measures of idea change,organizational building,sound administrant system establishment,experimental staffs building and network information platform construction etc,improving the use benefit of large-scale instruments and equipment.
