超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定无糖食品中木糖的含量

摘　　要：以自制的13C-木糖为内标,建立了无糖食品中木糖的高效液相色谱-串联四级杆质谱联用测定法。以Phenomenex Lichrosorb 5色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为分离柱,乙腈-水(V/V=80∶20)为流动相,以水提取样品,在电喷雾正离子选择反应检测模式下进行定性定量分析。该方法的检出限为10ng/mL,线性范围为10～1000ng/mL,加标回收率为96.09%～99.90%,相对平均偏差(n=5)为1.2%～2.5%。A method for the determination of xylose in sugar-free products by UPLC-MS-MS was developed with self-prepared 13C-xylose as internal standard.Samples were extracted with water and chromatographic separation was carried out using a Phenomenex analysis column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（85∶15,V/V）.The mass spectrometer was operated in the positive mode using SRM.The limit of detection was 10 ng/mL and the linear range was from 10 to 1000 ng/mL.The recoveries were between 96.09%~ 99.90%,and RSD values（n=5） were between 1.2% ~ 2.5%.
