加减羌活胜风汤结合电针治疗后交通动脉瘤介入术后动眼神经麻痹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加减羌活胜风汤结合电针及基础疗法对后交通动脉瘤(PCoAA)介入术后动眼神经麻痹恢复的效果。方法:将38例后交通动脉瘤介入术后伴动眼神经麻痹患者按就诊顺序奇偶数分为两组,每组各19例。对照组采用常规治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上应用加减羌活胜风汤配合电针疗法进行治疗。评价两组的总体治疗效果,并观察两组患者治疗前后患眼眼裂及瞳孔的变化。结果:对照组痊愈7例,有效8例,无效4例,总有效率为78.9%。观察组痊愈13例,有效6例,无效0例,总有效率为100%。两组具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后患眼睑裂均增加(P<0.01),瞳孔均缩小(P<0.01),其中治疗组眼裂改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加减羌活胜风汤结合电针及基础疗法治疗后交通动脉瘤致介入术后动眼神经麻痹疗效显著。Objective： To explore the effect of Adjusted Qianghuo Shengfeng Tang combined with electro-acupuncture （QE） on oculomotor paralysis caused by aneurysm of posterior communicating artery （PCoAA）. Methods： Thirty-eight patients were di- vided into two groups （ 19 for each） by even and odd numbers according to their sequences to the hospital. Treatment group re- ceived regular and QE treatment, and control group received regular treatment only. The size of palpebral fissure and pupil were determined before and after the treatment. The clinical effect of the two groups was ewduated after treatment. Results： 7 cases were cured, and 8 eases were efficacious, and 4 cases were ineffective, and the cure rate was 78. 9% in the control group. There were respectively 13 cases were cured, 6 cases were efficacious, and 0 cases were ineffective, and the cure rate was 100% in treatment group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. The palpebral fissure of beth groups were improved （P〈0. 05）, and the pupil was getting smaller （P〈0. 05 ）. The improvement of palpebral fissure of the treatment group was more than that of the control group （ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion ： Combined using Adjusted Qianghuo Shengfeng Tang and electro-acupuncture is an effective and reliable treatment for patients with oculomotor paralysis caused by PCoAA.
