英汉跨文化言语交际中的关联问题研究——以连云港市为例

摘　　要：随着连云港市国际交往的日趋频繁,普通市民与外国人交流的机会也日渐增多。在跨文化交际中,人们经常会由于语言与文化的差异而产生误解,从而导致交际的失败。关联理论中的一些概念和原则可以有效地解释跨文化交际中的相关问题。充分利用社区的力量,为广大市民提供学习语言及了解外国文化的机会,可以有效培养连云港市民的跨文化交际意识,推动连云港市的国际化城市建设。With increasingly frequent international exchanges in Lianyungang City, common citizens have more chances to communicate with foreigners. In intercultural communication, the differences of languages and cultures give rise to misunderstandings and communication failure. Some concepts and principles of Relevance Theory can effectively interpret intercultural problems in intercultural communication. The government can make full use of the community to offer the citizens chances to learn foreign languages and foreign cultures, which will help to cultivate the intercultural communication awareness of the citizens and build Lianyungang into an international city.
