大学生口腔卫生状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解大学生的口腔健康状况,为大学生口腔保健提供科学依据。方法通过自行设计的调查问卷和口腔检查,对本校554名在校非口腔专业大学生进行了龋齿患病状况、口腔自我保健知识及防治状况调查。结果龋齿检出率为46.39%,龋齿充填率为35.19%。龋齿检出率城市学生高于农村学生(χ2=5.361,p<0.05),女生高于男生(χ2=10.852,p<0.05);各年级学生中龋齿检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.420,p<0.05)。龋齿充填率城市学生高于农村学生(χ2=9.493,p<0.05);年级越高充填率越高,各年级学生的龋齿充填率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.655,p<0.05)。结论大学生对口腔卫生保健知识了解较少,高年级学生的口腔健康水平及口腔卫生习惯均好于低年级学生。Objective To have knowledge about the oral health condition of college students so as to provide a scientific basis for oral health care of college students.Method The prevalence of dental caries,oral health self-care knowledge and prevention and curing condition of 554 non-oral medicine college students of our university were surveyed by means of self-designed questionnaire and oral examination.Results The detection rate of dental caries was 46.39% and the filling rate of dental caries was 35.19%.The detection rate of dental caries for urban students was higher than that for rural students（χ2=5.361,p0.05） and the detection rate of dental caries for the females was higher than that for the males（χ2=10.852,p0.05）;differences in the dental caries detection rate of students from different grades were statistically significant（χ2=16.420,p0.05）.The filling rate of dental caries for urban students was higher than that for rural students（χ2=9.493,p0.05）;the higher the grade,the higher the filling rate,and differences in the dental caries filling rate of students from different grades were statistically significant（χ2=9.655,p0.05）;Conclusion College students know little about the oral hygiene and health care.The oral health condition and the oral hygiene habit of higher-grade students are better than those of lower-grade students.
