摘 要:目的探讨大学生专业承诺与学习倦怠的特点。方法采用大学生专业承诺量表和大学生学习倦怠量表对756名大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生的专业承诺呈中上水平,学习倦怠程度偏高。女生的专业承诺水平高于男生(p〈0.01),情绪低落程度低于男生(p〈0.01)。大四学生的情感承诺高于大二、大三(p〈0.05)。理工科学生的情感承诺和理想承诺及成就感低于文史、艺体生(p〈0.01);师范生的情感承诺低于非师范生(p〈0.05)。结论大学生的专业承诺与学习倦怠存在性别、年级、学科和专业差异。Objective To probe into the characteristics of professional commitment and learning burnout of university students.Method 756 university students were surveyed with University Students' Professional Commitment Scale and University Students' Learning Burnout Scale.Results The level of professional commitment among university students was above the average and the degree of learning burnout was relatively high.Professional commitment level of female students was higher than that of male students(p0.01) and the degree of emotional depression in female students was lower than that in male students(p0.01).Affective commitment of the senior was higher than that of the sophomore and the junior(p0.05).Affective commitment,ideal commitment and sense of achievement in students majoring in science and engineering were lower than those in students majoring in literature,history and arts(p0.01);affective commitment of normal students was lower than that of non-normal students(p0.05).Conclusion Professional commitment and learning burnout of university students vary by sex,grade,subject and major.
