江苏省中小学体育场馆对社会开放程度“地域不均衡性”的归因与解析

摘　　要：苏南作为江苏省中小学体育场馆对外开放开放年限久、效果较好且试点单位较为集中的地区,其开放模式较具代表性,通关过实地调研,进行系统研究;苏中及苏北地区研究发现中小学虽然具备了开放的客观条件(场地器材先进、齐备),但对外开放率较低。将苏中及苏北地区中小学场馆调研结果与苏南地区中小学校开放情况进行横向比较,以了解其差距与开放瓶颈,更好地推进江苏省中小学体育场馆对外开放工作的开展。sonth Jiongsu as opening up to the open age longer, better sports facilities in primary and secondary schools and pilot the more concentrated areas, its open mode more representative, field research of customs clearance, conduct system thoroughly summary; middle and North Jiangsu study found that primary and secondary schools with the opening of objective conditions （ venue equipment advanced, complete）, but lower open rates. The study will make comparison of primary and secondary schools in northern Jiangsu and South Jiangsu, to learn about its gap and open up bottlenecks, better promote the opening up of sports facilities in primary and secondary schools across the province.
