摘 要:[目的]比较分析科学学位与专业学位护理博士研究生的培养能力,为我国护理博士研究生教育的分类培养提供依据。[方法]采用德尔菲法对44名专家进行两轮咨询。[结果]两轮专家咨询问卷有效回收率分别是95.2%和97.1%,专家的权威系数为0.82,应用肯德尔和谐系数统计专家意见的协调程度具有统计学意义(P<0.001);两种培养类型护理博士研究生均应具备的能力条目为42条,能力要求存在差异的条目有30条。[结论]两种培养类型护理博士研究生教育均需重视综合能力的提升,但在具体的培养内容及程度要求上应有所差异。Objective:To compare education ability between science de- gree and professional degree of nursing doctoral student, and provide references for classification training of nursing doctoral students in chi- na. Methods:A total of 44 experts were consulted for two rounds by u- sing Delphi method. Results:The effective recovery rates of qnestionire of two turns were 95.2~ and 97.1% respectively,the authority coeffi- cient of experts was 0.82 ,and the coefficient of Kendall^W was statis- tically significant (P (0. 001). There were 42 items of competence which should be had by both degrees of nursing doctoral students, and 30 items in competence need were different between two degrees. Con- clusion:Promotion of comprehensive competences should be concerned in education for two doctoral degrees, but there should show differ- ences in specific training for them.
