摘　　要：Web3.0时代的互联网技术综合了Web1.0与Web2.0的技术特点,并采用智能整合的方式,为用户提供了一种基于个性化信息需求的聚合平台。文章在分析基于Web3.0的信息服务平台基础上,设计了一个基于Web3.0的个性化信息服务系统模型,并对该模型进行了简要分析,以期为基于Web3.0的个性化信息服务系统设计和Web3.0在网络教育中的应用提供依据。The intemet technology in the Web3.0 era combines the technical features in the Web1.0 and Web2.0 era, and it provides users with an aggregated platform based on the personalized information demand by the way of intelligent integration. After analyzing and researching Web3.0 and personalized information service platform, this paper designs a simple model of personalized information service system based on Web3.0, and wish to provide reference for the design of personalized information service system based on Web3.0 and application in the E-learning.
