大学生人格特质、职业价值观与职业兴趣的关系研究

摘　　要：为探讨大学生人格特质、职业价值观和职业兴趣之间的关系,采用整群随机抽样的方法,从平顶山学院等高校随机抽取620名在校大学生,并对被试进行了问卷调查。结果表明:大学生的人格特质、职业价值观和职业兴趣之间存在复杂关系。人格特质和职业价值观对职业兴趣有较好的预测作用。最后,将研究结果和实践相结合,对高校就业指导工作提出了建议。The current research aimed to explore the relationships among college students personality,Professional Value and Career Interest through questionnaire survey.The results showed： there is a complex relationship between college students＇Personality,professional values and career interests.Personality and professional values can predict career interests well.At the end,we provide some practical applications for College employment guidance
