摘　　要：目的探讨乙型病毒性肝病(HB)患者血清IL-17、IL-22水平变化规律,为其诊断及治疗提供依据。方法取84例HBD患者静脉血分离血清,采用ELISA法分别检测IL-17、IL-22、HA、LN、ⅣC水平,采用常规自动生化分析仪测定TBIL、γ-GT水平。结果与健康组(40例查体健者)比较,HBD患者血清IL-17及IL-22水平明显升高,P<0.01;随肝损害的程度加重,IL-17及IL-22表达水平增高(P<0.01)。IL-17、IL-22分别与HA、LN和ⅣC水平呈显著正相关(P均<0.05)。肝癌患者(16例)IL-22水平与TBIL、γ-GT呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论 IL-17、IL-22在HBD的发生、发展中起重要作用;其水平变化在HBD临床诊断、病情分析及预后判断中均具有重要价值。深入研究IL-17、IL-22等细胞因子通路与肝脏损伤机理,可为HBD免疫干预治疗提供新的靶点。Objective To investigate the change rules of IL-17 and IL-22 in serum of patients with Hepatitis B disease （ HBD）, so to provide new basis for its diagnosis and treatment. Methods Blood specimen of 84 patients with HBD were taken to investigate the levels of IL-17, IL-22, hyaluronic acid （HA）, laminin （LN）, collagen 1V measured by ELISA, TBIL and γ-GT measured by automatic biochemical analyzer, respectively. Results The levels of IL-17 and IL-22 in HBD patients increased significantly compared with the healthy control （ P 〈 O. O1 ）. Furthermore, IL-17 and IL-22 were in- creased with the aggravation of hepatic lesion （P 〈 0.01 ）. At the same time, a significant positive correlation between the levels of IL-17/IL-22 and HA, LN, collagen IV was observed, respectively （ all P 〈 0.05） . The same correlation was ob- served between IL-22 and TBIL, 7-GT, respectively （ all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions IL-17 and IL-22 play an important role in the occurrence and development of HBD, the levels of which play an important value in clinical diagnosis, analysis and prognosis of HBD. Further investigation of cytokines such as IL-17 and IL-22 and mechanisms of liver injury will pro- vide new targets to immune intervention therapy in HBD.
