鼠肝灌注压与肝质量相关性的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　寻找一种在切取供肝时即可对其质量进行判定的方法。方法　本实验通过给 Wister大鼠做胃造瘘 ,经造瘘管注入酒精方法建立了不同病期的酒精肝模型。在恒定门静脉灌注液流量的情况下 ,测定了大鼠在体门静脉低温冷灌注的灌注压 ,灌注后取肝做普通石蜡切片检查 ,将酒精肝的各种病理改变分级打分量化 ,经统计学处理 ,得出结果 :大鼠肝门静脉的灌注压与肝质量呈极显著的正相关 (r=0 .819,P<0 .0 0 1)。结论　此方法与检查肝功能的生化学方法、肝组织快速切片的病理学方法相结合可对即时切取的肝质量做出快速、准确评价。Objective To loor for a effective method to examine the quality of donor liver in the excision.Methods This experiment established the model of differential stage of alcoholic liver by administrating alcohol via the duct of gastriostomy in wister mise.We measured the cold prefusion pressure in protal and systematic veins with stating the quantity of prefusion solution via portal vein,then biopsied the liver to make generaly pareffin slide and staged and quantified the histological changes of alcohol liver.We drawn a conclusion by statistical analysis.Results There is a positive relation between the prefusion pressure in portal vein in mise and the quality of the donor liver(r=0.819,P<0.001).Conclusion This method combined with biochemical method of liver function and pathologic histologic method of rapid section can offer rapidly correctly estimation the quality of donor liver.
