六阶段培训法在新入手术室护士洗手配合培训中的实施

摘　　要：目的：探讨六阶段培训法在新入手术室护士洗手配合培训中的实施及效果。方法：构建科学高效的六阶段培训法，即入科培训-观摩-一对一带教-一对一指导-独立配合-考核评价，建立培训制度及机构组织实施。结果：实施后新入手术室护士对培训工作的评价好于实施前，且实施后新人综合考核成绩较实施前提高（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论：六阶段培训法的实施提高了对手术室新护士洗手配合的培训水平，提高了手术室新护士洗手配合的整体质量，为手术室洗手配合的培训探索了一条可行的途径。Objective ：On six stages of training method in the new operation room nurses wash their hands with training in the implementation and the effect o Methods： Constructing the scientific and efficient six stage training method, namely the training - observation - of - of a teaching guide - independent coordination - evaluation, establish the training system and mechanism to organize the implementation Ofo Results：After the implementation of new nurses in operation room on training evaluation in practice before and after implementation of the new approach, comprehensive assessment results were implemented to improve （ P 〈0.01or P〈0.05）.
