摘 要:目的:探讨六阶段培训法在新入手术室护士洗手配合培训中的实施及效果。方法:构建科学高效的六阶段培训法,即入科培训-观摩-一对一带教-一对一指导-独立配合-考核评价,建立培训制度及机构组织实施。结果:实施后新入手术室护士对培训工作的评价好于实施前,且实施后新人综合考核成绩较实施前提高(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。结论:六阶段培训法的实施提高了对手术室新护士洗手配合的培训水平,提高了手术室新护士洗手配合的整体质量,为手术室洗手配合的培训探索了一条可行的途径。Objective :On six stages of training method in the new operation room nurses wash their hands with training in the implementation and the effect o Methods: Constructing the scientific and efficient six stage training method, namely the training - observation - of - of a teaching guide - independent coordination - evaluation, establish the training system and mechanism to organize the implementation Ofo Results:After the implementation of new nurses in operation room on training evaluation in practice before and after implementation of the new approach, comprehensive assessment results were implemented to improve ( P 〈0.01or P〈0.05).
