摘　　要：优质网络课程资源是指那些蕴涵了特定的知识，具有教育价值，并能以数字信号形式在互联网上进行传输的、包含各学科内容和有助于学科内容学习的数字化学习资源。研究优质网络课程资源的开发问题，对促进网络课程资源的建设具有实践意义。论文主要探讨了网络课程资源开发与设计问题，研究分析了网络课程资源开发的原则与开发流程。high - quality network curriculum resources is the implication of the specific knowledge, educational value, and a digital signal for transmission on the Intemet, contains the contents of the various disciplines and contribute to the learning of subject content of digitA_l learning resources. Study of high - quality network curriculum resources development issues, to promote the construction of the network curriculum resources has practical significance. The paper mainly dis- cusses the network curriculum resources development and design issues, the study analyzed the J network curriculum resources developed by the principle of the development process, build a quality network curriculum resources building model.
