摘　　要：精品课程建设是高职高专院校教学改革的重要组成部分，本文结合《光传输网络组建和管理维护》精品课程的建设，从课程定位、课程目标、教学内容、教学组织、考核方式、实践条件、课程资源等方面阐述了课程教学改革所作的探索。Course Construction is an important part of the reform of vocational college teaching.
